Love who you Barre by Lina from @TheBarreJar

This is a 45 minute no equipment, low impact, all levels movement experience that mixes elements of yoga and barre. The class is focused on body alignment and functional movements that will help you in your everyday life. Accompanied by an energizing playlist, the experience will help you rediscover your mind-body connection and feel the mental and physical strength that you have within. This class is appropriate for all levels, first time Barre students are welcome!
